How does the pricing work?
Verbalate™ operates on a subscription-based pricing model. Each subscription tier offers a specific allocation of minutes per month. If you exceed this allocation, additional minutes can be purchased at a rate determined by your subscription tier.
How am I charged for additional minutes?
If you exceed your allocated minutes, you have the option to purchase extra minutes. The cost of these additional minutes varies based on your subscription plan.
What happens to my unused minutes?
For monthly plan subscribers, unused minutes expire at the end of each month. For annual plan subscribers, unused minutes remain until the conclusion of the yearly contract, after which they expire.
What if I want to cancel my subscription plan?
Cancellation of your subscription plan can be done easily through the user interface. Simply navigate to your subscription settings and cancel accordingly.
How long do the videos take to process?
Video processing time is typically half the length of the video. For example, a 1-minute video would take approximately 30 seconds to process.
Can I change my plan later?
Absolutely! You can change your subscription plan at any time through the user interface. Simply access your subscription settings and make the desired changes.
